DUNNARK RETURN & REFUND POLICY

DUNNARK, LLC is committed to product quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Because our personal-care products come into contact with the skin or hair, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Retail Returns

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product purchase price. Products must remain in their original packaging and be in resalable condition. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect product, please contact DUNNARK within 5 business days of delivery.

Please provide your order information, a description of the issue, and photographs when applicable. After reviewing the issue, DUNNARK may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Products
